The whole staff should be in sync with the idea of sustainability and responsible tourism, this requires a lot of training and conducting regular workshops for the employees. I aim to cut down on plastic waste and design proper processes that ensure a reduction in carbon footprint. Leaving everything to the guests is not fair, as a leading hospitality player we need to do our bit to ensure the process is strictly implemented. At the same time, I will focus on building a robust technological infrastructure and increasing the reach of the trade partners. Adhering to the company policy, I am planning to push local employment, more employees will be hired locally and given world-class hospitality training.”
