Toscano brings an exclusive Chef Pop-Up to its Select City Walk, Saket outlet. From 22nd July to 26th July 2026, guests can indulge in a specially curated, limited-edition menu by Chef Jean-Michel, French chef and co-founder of Toscano, whose passion for authentic Italian cuisine has shaped the brand’s signature dining experience. For five days only, the restaurant will showcase handcrafted pastas and seasonal Italian classics that celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and exceptional flavours.
With over three decades of culinary experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels in Europe and Asia, Chef Jean-Michel has built a reputation for creating refined Italian dishes rooted in authenticity. He combines classic techniques with seasonal ingredients, pairing his dishes with fine wines to bring out their full character. This exclusive pop-up gives Delhi diners a rare opportunity to experience his creations while discovering the stories and inspiration behind each plate.
The specially curated menu features comforting favourites such as the Pasto Zuppa di Orecchiette, Verdure e Fagioli, a rustic pasta soup with vegetables, beans and chickpea bread, the indulgent Gnocchi di Ricotta con Noci e Salsa Burro al Tartufo finished with sage butter and black truffle, and the flavourful Agnolotti Funghi con Tartufo filled with mushrooms and ricotta. Seafood and meat lovers can savour the Ravioli al Salmone con Burro ai Capperi e Salsa all’Arancia, the delicate Capellini con Gamberi e Capesante with prawns, scallops and lemon butter, and the rich Pappardelle al Ragu d’Anatra, featuring hand-cut ribbon pasta tossed in a slow-cooked duck ragù. Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with Chef Jean-Michel and participate in an exclusive handmade pasta masterclass that offers an insider’s look into the art of traditional Italian pasta-making.
