    Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Deepak Rawat as the new Head Chef. With an illustrious culinary journey spanning over 15 years across premium hospitality brands in India and Thailand, Chef Rawat brings a wealth of expertise in Indian cuisine, tandoor, and global culinary techniques.

    Prior to joining Fairfield Jaipur, Chef Rawat served as Sous Chef with IHCL in Haridwar and held leadership roles at prestigious properties including Fairfield by Marriott Indore, Anantara Chiang Mai, and The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. He has also been instrumental in opening Indian kitchens internationally, most notably at Aviyana Hotel, Thailand.

    His appointment is aligned with the hotel’s vision to deliver elevated dining experiences and enrich the culinary landscape with authentic flavors and contemporary innovation.
