India, September 20, 2024: Cafe Delhi Heights announced the celebration of Oktoberfest across all its outlets from 21st September to 2nd October. Bringing the festive essence of Germany’s most famous celebration to India, their specially curated menu will feature a variety of authentic German dishes that promise to delight food enthusiasts.
The menu kicks off with the Creamy Cabbage Bratwurst Soup, a comforting chowder made with cabbage, potatoes, and bratwurst sausages, followed by the classic German Potato Salad, a delightful combination of crispy bacon, tangy mustard, and boiled potatoes. For those looking for something with a spicy twist, the Spicy Bratwurst Treat offers perfectly grilled bratwurst sausages, paired with mustard and sauerkraut for an explosion of flavours.
The menu also includes Spaetzle, a traditional German pasta made from wheat flour and eggs, topped with cheese, herbs, and roasted onions, bringing rich textures to the table. The Potato & Bread Dumpling (Kartoffelknödel), a Bavarian favourite, is another hearty offering perfect for the season. Additionally, the Bavarian Roast Chicken, accompanied by paprika sauce, roasted vegetables, and German potato fritters, provides a wholesome experience reminiscent of authentic Oktoberfest celebrations.
To round off the feast, guests can indulge in German-inspired desserts such as the decadent Bee Sting Cake and the classic Apple Strudel, providing the perfect sweet ending to a festive meal.
