Butter Hands officially launches at Select Citywalk, with a bold promise: to serve what they believe are “the greatest cookies in the world.”

What started as a small experiment inside the Melt House kitchen evolved into a cult favourite at 32nd Avenue, Gurugram, where early batches consistently sold out and sparked a loyal following. The overwhelming response has now paved the way for ButterHands’ flagship debut at one of Delhi’s most iconic retail destinations.

Carrying forward Melt House’s culinary discipline, Butter Hands centres its offering on New York–style cookies that are generous, hand-shaped, and full of character. Each cookie weighs close to 130 grams with a molten, stuffed centre and a crisp top, designed to deliver contrast in every bite.

The debut line-up features Salty Nutella Drip ft. Walnutz, Dark Choco PB Smash, Caramelized White Choc & Berries Riot, Vegan Coconut Frenzy, Oreo Velvet Drip Cookie, Banoffee Caramel Anarchy Cookie and the Hot Choc Marsh Melt Cookie. These are paired with Melt House favourites such as Hot Chocolate, Iced Chocolate with Malt Cream, malted milkshakes, and curated coffee.

“ButterHands is our love letter to indulgence,” says founder Rohit Beniwal. “The whole concept is built around one simple and focused idea: make really good cookies and bake them fresh, every single day. Our recipes and processes are continuously rigour-tested to create extraordinary flavour profiles. These cookies reflect the pedigree around our products we built at Melt House, but they have their own attitude: bold, expressive, unapologetically Gen- Z and very now.”

Head Chef Manushka Kapoor, who leads the kitchen at ButterHands, adds: “We spent months perfecting the dough and the fillings. Every cookie goes through multiple tests before it makes it to the menu. Our goal was simple: to create a cookie that feels familiar yet thrilling in every bite.”

ButterHands blends Delhi’s warmth with the visual edge of New York, resulting in a brand that feels modern, confident, and design-forward. Built as a digital-first venture, it uses AI-enabled CRM tools to understand flavour preferences of consumers and focuses heavily on content-led engagement, seasonal drops, creative collaborations, and pop-up formats that keep the brand energetic and evolving.

With its core audience of Gen Z and millennial consumers aged 18 to 35, ButterHands speaks to people who value great flavour as much as strong aesthetics and storytelling. For them, the cookie becomes more than a snack; it’s a moment of pleasure and a shareable experience.

Guided by its cheeky tagline: “There’s no such thing as too much butter, or too much branding, ButterHands steps into India’s dessert scene with confidence and flair. With strong early demand and a growing audience discovering its flavours, the brand marks a fresh direction for modern desserts in India, big on taste, rooted in craft, and distinctly original.
