Brightsun Travel expands into Mumbai for Corporate Travel Services with New Hires
New Delhi, 21 February 2023: Brightsun Travel, the international travel agency announced the joining of two key members at their Mumbai office thus strengthening the operations and sales department of the organization. The new office in Mumbai is aimed at providing regional support for corporate accounts for domestic and global travel flight, accommodation and transfer services.
Chinmaya Trivedi, will be serving as Regional Head – Corporate Sales. A highly accomplished professional with 18 years of experience in managing sales and achieving turnover in travel and e-commerce industry, Chinmaya brings with him a proven track record of devising web-marketing strategies that have elevated brands from relative obscurity, forging strategic alliances, driving revenue and growing profits in competitive markets. He is skilled in analysing the market trends and identifying ways to implement effective marketing strategies and driving cross-functional projects. “I am delighted with the opportunity to grow this region and look forward to future expansion of the office and team as we grow,” says Trivedi.
Shaikh Mohammed Aamir has joined as the new Assistant Manager – Operations for the Mumbai office and brings with him extensive knowledge of international airline companies, travel agencies and hospitality industries. He is well versed in the areas of airline reservations & ticketing systems, hotel reservations, customer care, airlines fare calculations, salesmanship, coordination and liaising with different working groups, airlines, travel agencies in multicultural working environments. He has a keen sense of new business development and monitoring business from the B2B agency pan India and is fluent in providing strategic feedback to management on process and product improvement. “With my experience, I will strengthen our relationships in the travel industry in this key metropolis Mumbai, to embed our presence and offer our expertise and competitive corporate offerings to businesses in Mumbai with travel requirements.” says Shaikh.
