Bonne Femme unveils an inventive new cocktail menu. One that reimagines beloved regional ingredients into spirited, conversation-worthy creations.

At Bonne Femme, every cocktail has a story to tell. Inspired by local produce, cherished memories, and unexpected flavour pairings, the new bar menu is an ode to curiosity and craftsmanship. Whether it’s the earthy elegance of the Matcha Green Fairy, where ceremonial matcha meets Belle Époque absinthe over perfectly carved Japanese cut ice, or the comforting warmth of Makaibari Baileys, blending premium Darjeeling tea with the creamy richness of Baileys, each pour is designed to surprise and delight. The menu takes familiar favourites and gives them a refreshing twist. The Nolen Gur Whiskey Sour reinvents the classic whiskey sour with the unmistakable sweetness of Bengal’s treasured nolen gur in an eggless rendition, while the Absolut Aam Pora captures the smoky nostalgia of roasted raw mangoes paired with Absolut Vodka for a drink that tastes like summer in a glass. Celebrating Bengal’s lesser-explored ingredients, the Jalpai Martini combines vermouth, jalpai syrup, fresh Bengal olives, and a choice of Bombay Sapphire or Roku Gin to create a martini that’s equal parts savoury, elegant, and distinctly local.

For those who enjoy bold, vibrant flavours, the Chalta Picante brings together indigenous chalta, fresh cilantro, green chilli, and tequila in a fiery cocktail that perfectly balances tang, spice, and freshness. Meanwhile, the delightfully unconventional Beer Butter Potter pushes creative boundaries by marrying beer and whiskey with ginger candy, white butter, caramel, cinnamon, and pineapple froth, which results in a rich, layered drink that’s unlike anything you’ve sipped before. Alongside these signature creations, the menu features an array of equally imaginative cocktails, each crafted to offer a fresh perspective on familiar flavours.

More than just a drinks menu, Bonne Femme’s latest offering is an invitation to explore, experiment, and celebrate the unexpected. It’s where Bengal’s pantry meets world-class mixology, where nostalgia finds new expression, and where every cocktail becomes an experience worth savouring. Whether you’re raising a glass with friends, discovering a new favourite, or simply enjoying an evening of great conversation, Bonne Femme promises a bar experience that’s bold, playful, and unmistakably unforgettable.
