Barbeque Nation is bringing a rare and soulful culinary experience to its Sector 26, Chandigarh outlet with the launch of Punjab Beyond Borders | Flavours of Undivided Punjab,  a limited-period pop-up running from 18th to 24th May 2026. Curated by celebrated chef and MasterChef Jodi India 2026 Top 4 finalist, Chef Anshmeet Singh, this pop-up is a heartfelt tribute to the rich culinary traditions of an undivided Punjab,  recipes rooted in history, memory, and a land that transcends borders.

The specially curated menu takes guests on a flavour journey through forgotten Punjabi recipes, dishes that were once passed down through generations, now reimagined with Chef Anshmeet’s distinct culinary sensibility. Expect bold spices, slow-cooked preparations, and authentic techniques that honour the spirit of a cuisine that belongs to both sides of history.

“Punjab’s food has always been about abundance, warmth, and stories. With this pop-up, I wanted to bring back flavours that many of us have never tasted but somehow feel connected to. These are recipes from an undivided Punjab, a land bigger than borders. I hope every bite takes you somewhere real.” — Chef Anshmeet Singh, MasterChef Jodi India 2026, Top 4 Finalist

“At Barbeque Nation, we are always looking to create experiences that go beyond just dining. Punjab Beyond Borders is exactly that, a culinary conversation with history. Chef Anshmeet’s deep understanding of Punjabi flavours and his passion for reviving lost recipes makes this pop-up truly special. Chandigarh is the perfect city to bring this story to life.” — Chef Amit Wadhera, Chief Culinary Officer, Barbeque Nation
