Bangalore, June 7, 2024: The Leela Bhartiya City Bangalore unveils the fourth edition of the Chapters of Heirloom to be curated by the renowned Suresh Hinduja. The Sindhi cuisine pop-up will commence from June 9th to 11th, 2024, at Quattro, an all-day dining restaurant by The Leela Bhartiya City Bangalore.

Suresh Hinduja, a celebrated name in the culinary world, will lead this unique culinary pop-up. Known for his creative approach to Sindhi cuisine, Mr. Hinduja has consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences. ‘Chapters of Heirloom’ is an initiative that aims to revive and celebrate traditional cuisines focused on hyper-local flavors from various Indian regions, with this edition focusing on the distinct flavors and heritage of Sindhi cuisine.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the fourth edition of Chapters of Heirloom, Mr. Hinduja said, “Sindhi cuisine is a treasure trove of flavors and traditions. It feels surreal to bring these heirloom recipes to life and share them with a wider audience. Emerging from the Indus Valley, Sindhi cuisine boasts a rich culinary heritage centered around wholesome home-cooked dishes and is celebrated for its diverse blend of spices and aromatic herbs. Reflecting the warmth and hospitality of Sindhi culture, meals are traditionally shared, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. I am excited to bring the delightful exploration of this unique cuisine with a contemporary touch at The Leela Bhartiya City’s fourth edition of “Chapters of Heirloom.”

The Leela Bhartiya City’s ‘Chapters of Heirloom’ series is a culinary journey celebrating the diverse and vibrant fusions of Indian regional flavors. After the successful features of renowned Chef Bakshish Dean’s exquisite Punjabi and Christian cuisine and Chef Osama Jalali’s authentic North-West frontier cuisine, the next edition will explore Sindhi cuisine’s rich heritage and flavors. Curated by seasoned industry professionals, each chapter promises an immersive exploration of India’s diverse heritage through meticulously crafted dishes.
