Bareilly, April 18, 2025: Aurika Group has announced a ₹220 crore expansion plan to strengthen its presence across Uttar Pradesh’s Tier-II cities. The investment includes a 150-key serviced suites project in Ayodhya (in partnership with Best Western Hotels) and a premium villa community on a 5.50-acre site in Bareilly, reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth in emerging urban hubs. The group has received RERA for 2 Projects in Bareilly and 1 Project in Ayodhya.

Strategically located on the revered 14 Koshi Parikrama Marg, the Ayodhya project is designed to cater to the city’s booming religious tourism. The property, under the Best Western brand, will feature 150 premium serviced suites, rooftop dining, wellness facilities, and curated spiritual experiences—offering a modern yet culturally grounded hospitality experience. True to Aurika’s ethos, the development combines sustainable architecture with contemporary comfort for pilgrims and travellers alike.

In Bareilly, Aurika Group continues to solidify its position as a key real estate player. The Group’s portfolio includes three major developments: The Residences, Bareilly (a sold-out plotted cum villa development); Aurika Avenue (an under-construction mixed-use hub on Bada Bypass); and a newly announced 5.50-acre villa project. This upcoming gated community will feature low-density, luxury villas designed for residents seeking tranquillity, seamless connectivity, and environmentally responsible living. Collectively, these projects are projected to generate over ₹350 crore in revenue.

“Our investments align with the aspirations of India’s Tier-II cities,” said Prasoon Chauhan, Founder & CEO, Aurika Group. “Ayodhya’s spiritual significance and Bareilly’s urban potential represent dual pillars of growth. We are committed to delivering projects that balance functionality, cultural relevance, and long-term value.”

Furthering its vision for forward-thinking urban design, Aurika Group is actively pursuing Joint Ventures (JV) and Joint Development Agreements (JDA) with landowners and stakeholders across Tier-II markets in North India. With a sharp focus on building premium, thoughtfully designed residential communities, the Group aims to cater to the evolving aspirations of modern homebuyers.
