National, March 6, 2024: Atlys announced the launch of a new refund feature aimed at providing financial security to its users if their visa gets rejected. This new feature will strengthen the brand’s existing commitment to on-time visa delivery and offerings such as the “Book your visa now. Pay only when you get it on time” feature.

Under this new feature, every Atlys customer will automatically be eligible to receive a refund of up to INR 8,000 if their visa gets rejected. There are no eligibility criteria unless the user is debarred in the country.

The refund process is simple: if the visa of the user gets rejected, they can click on the refund button and receive the refund in their source payment account instantly. In case the visa fee is less than INR 8000, the full amount will be refunded. In the coming months, users will also be eligible to receive refunds for flights, hotels, and booked activities if their visa gets rejected.

Mohak Nahta, Founder & CEO of Atlys, “Atlys has always prioritised user experience and customer satisfaction. With the introduction of this feature, we are taking another step towards ensuring our users have a stress-free visa application process. While our success rate remains close to zero, we recognize the potential stress a rejection can cause and strive to make the process as smooth as possible for our users.”

With this new feature, Atlys is setting a new standard for customer satisfaction and peace of mind. This initiative reaffirms Atlys’ commitment to making visa processing smoother and more certain for travellers worldwide.
