    Thane’s dining scene just got more exciting with the grand opening of At Bae on 5th November. Conceptualized by the House of MH04, At Bae brings a refreshing new energy to the city —More than just a restaurant, At Bae is designed to be a place where great food, meaningful conversations, and memorable experiences come together, redefining all-day dining in Thane.

    Spread across a sprawling 7,500 sq. ft., At Bae is one of Thane’s largest dining spaces — global in its offering yet rooted in Indian warmth. The design draws inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics infused with an artistic rust, creating a space that’s equal parts stylish and soulful. Every corner feels intimate yet expansive, with mood lighting and textures that evolve through the day.

    The vibe flows seamlessly — from mellow afternoons to high-energy evenings — all guided by the in-house Vibe Manager, who curates lighting and music to match every mood and moment. Elevating the experience further is the Baelievers Club — an exclusive membership program that rewards regular patrons with special perks, priority access to events, curated experiences, and personalised surprises; while the playful ‘Bae Wars’ keep the spirit of connection alive through friendly competitions and signature shots.

    At the heart of it all stands Thane’s longest-running bar — stretching over 45 feet — pouring craft beers from TOIT such as Tint in Wit, Nitro Stout, and Basmati Blonde Ale, alongside signature cocktails that reimagine global classics with an Indian twist. Sip on ‘Aam-Chi Thane’ (white rum, mango wine, and mango cream cheese), ‘Narcos of Thane’ (tequila, mezcal, and jalapeño), or ‘Stone Sour’ (whiskey, Dagadphool, and ginger honey syrup).

    Shraddhesh Mohite, Co-Founder, says, “With At Bae, we wanted to create a space that brings a whole new vibe to Thane’s dining scene — one that feels familiar yet refreshingly different. It’s more than a restaurant; it’s a place that welcomes you no matter the time or mood. Whether you’re here for brunch, cocktails, or conversations that last till midnight, At Bae adapts to your rhythm. Every detail, from the Scandinavian-inspired design to the curated playlists and handcrafted menus, was created to make people feel at home while still discovering something new every time they walk in.”

    Chef & Co founder Soham Joshi adds, “At Bae was born from the idea of bringing innovation to familiar flavours — taking authentic, regional dishes and giving them a contemporary twist. We wanted to make global cuisine approachable while keeping our Indian flavours intact. Dishes like the Poha Crusted Malvani Prawns or Palak Burrata embody that balance of contemporary and creativity. Complementing this is our thoughtfully crafted cocktail menu — each drink designed to mirror the same spirit of experimentation and harmony that defines our menu.”

    The food menu celebrates diversity and comfort — a global plate with a desi heart. From vibrant starters like Malabari Tacos, Thecha Hummus with Mirgunda, every dish blend familiar flavours with modern flair. The wood-fired pizza adds to the charm.
