Arts Room has unveiled its new winter menu, a celebration of fresh produce, comforting flavours, and global inspirations. Complementing the cuisine is Arts Room’s new cocktail menu, ‘Chartbusters’, inspired by classic music icons. Adding to the charm is the photo exhibition in collaboration with Yellow Korner, the French fine art photography publishing house.
Arts Room celebrates elevated dining through a seamless blend of taste and visual artistry. Designed with layers of discovery, each element of the space—from the café and dining room to the extensive bar and patio—unfolds to reveal a new experience. Drawing inspiration from a classical French living room and a Parisian courtyard, Arts Room merges multiple identities into a cohesive, lively, and fun atmosphere, embodying the spirit of experiential dining. With a strong emphasis on sourcing the finest ingredients from across India, the restaurant has forged partnerships with local experts to ensure the highest quality produce—reflecting its ethos of reinterpreting global culinary traditions while celebrating India’s rich resources.
The new winter menu brings together bold, global flavours with a distinctly local touch. Guests can look forward to innovative new dishes like Hand Roll Bar, featuring artisanal Sushi Hand Rolls where guests can choose from signatures like Enoki Tempura with Truffle, Salmon with Spicy Ponzu and Ikura, and Smoked Duck glazed ‘Unagi’ style. Each roll offers a delicate balance of technique and artistry, designed for a fresh, interactive dining experience.

Bao Gado Gado, an Indonesian-style warm salad with soy tempeh, peanut sauce, and mini baos; Burnt Salsa Roja, a smoky, comforting blend of charred vegetables with assorted local chips; and Shrimp Pork Wonton, crisp, nostalgic bites served with a chili and garlic Lebanese toum. Winter also calls for soups, and the Tom Kha Phak, a fragrant Thai hot and sour coconut broth with mushrooms and snow peas, delivers the perfect seasonal comfort. The Korean Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad adds a reimagined twist to the classic, while larger plates like Citrus Steamed Nasi Goreng, Prawn Ceylon Curry, and Pad Thai invite diners on a flavorful journey across Asia.
Among the newly introduced mains, the Prawn Molyo stands out as a Goan-Portuguese style tiger prawn dish glazed in a sweet and sour molho sauce, paired with a traditional Maharashtrian puff khari. Another hero addition, the Lamb Chorizo Verde, brings a bold and herb-forward Mexican flair, served on a crispy pesto paratha with guacamole and Indonesian sambal ijo. These plates perfectly capture the restaurant’s signature blend of global technique and local soul.
While the new introductions bring excitement, the crowd favourites remain ever popular—Arts Avo Toast, Shroom on Pao, and Teeka Masala on Toast continue to be loved by regulars for their inventive textures and familiar comfort. Signature dishes such as the Rainbow Trout and John Dory also retain their place on the winter menu, offering continuity amid change.
The cocktail program at Arts Room too has got a creative upgrade this season with Chartbusters, a cocktail menu inspired by music’s most iconic albums and artists. Each of the nine cocktails is a ‘liquid composition’ crafted with precision and flair to echo the energy of the tracks that shaped generations. Standout mixes include “Lithium”, a gin-based blend with orgeat, spirulina, and lemon inspired by Nirvana’s grunge anthem; “King Kunta”, a bourbon, amaro, and sparkling wine creation that channels Kendrick Lamar’s swagger; and “Brain Damage”, a charcoal mezcal and grapefruit tequila cocktail that pays homage to Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. For those drawn to soul and nostalgia, “Main Nashe Mein Hoon”, a smoky whisky and cinnamon tribute to Jagjit Singh, and “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”, a sparkling gin, elderflower, and cranberry concoction inspired by Cyndi Lauper, add the perfect finishing note. Chartbusters is more than a cocktail menu—it’s a sonic journey in a glass.
Further elevating the multisensory experience, Arts Room has also unveiled a new photo exhibition in collaboration with Yellow Korner, the French photography publishing house that has spent two decades redefining access to fine art photography. Representing over 400 artists and more than 4,000 visuals across 87 galleries worldwide, YellowKorner is celebrated for its limited-edition, numbered photographs, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Crafted in their proprietary European laboratory, the works on display reflect exceptional precision and artistic depth. The collaboration transforms. Arts Room into a dynamic cultural space—where fine dining, mixology, and photography come together in perfect harmony.
