Marriott International announced the signing of an agreement with Aratt One World Pvt Ltd, growing the company’s luxury portfolio in Bengaluru with the anticipated opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City. Thoughtfully designed for today’s global traveler, the property is anticipated to feature 370 keys and span four acres, pairing contemporary luxury with intuitive service. With an anticipated 2030 opening, the hotel will offer the comfort and sophistication reflective of the JW Marriott experience, whether for work, relaxation, or rejuvenation.

“This signing reaffirms our commitment to the future of luxury and hospitality in Bengaluru, and we are thrilled to collaborate with Aratt One World Pvt. Ltd. on this remarkable project, which is set to redefine the travel experience for discerning guests visiting this dynamic and vibrant city,” said  Kiran Andicot – Senior Vice President, South Asia, – Marriott International Inc  “Thoughtfully crafted to meet the aspirations of the next generation of luxury travelers, we are delighted to strengthen our presence in Bengaluru with the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, especially in the luxury segment at a time when the country’s growing appetite for high-end travel continues to drive demand for global hospitality brands”.

“We are proud to announce the signing of JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, a significant milestone that underscores our confidence in Bengaluru’s growth potential and our commitment to delivering a world-class hospitality experience in Electronic City.  This marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship with Marriott International, and we look forward to working closely together as we expand our portfolio in the years ahead,” – commented Vishal Vincent Tony, Managing Director, Aratt One World Pvt Ltd.

Bengaluru, India’s vibrant garden city turned tech powerhouse hums with an energy that is equal parts cosmopolitan and creative. Beneath its skyline of glass towers and tech parks, the city reveals leafy boulevards, colonial bungalows, and a thriving café and craft beer culture that mirrors its youthful spirit. Innovation and tradition blend seamlessly, with filter coffee sharing space with cold brews, and temple bells mingle with the buzz of startups. With its year-round spring-like weather and an ever-evolving culinary and cultural scene, Bengaluru feels at once grounded and global. The hotel sits at approximately 50 kms from the International Airport and is within comfortable driving distance to the city centre.

The JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City is expected to offer 370 guestrooms and suites, each meticulously designed to embody the brand’s mindful approach to well-being and luxury hospitality. Guests will enjoy several planned food & beverage offerings, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty dining venue, a Lobby Lounge and Rooftop Bar, alongside the JW Market — a cozy corner to engage and relax over artisanal snacks and locally inspired products. Inviting guests to fully embrace mindfulness, design plans for the hotel also include multiple tranquil wellness facilities, such as the brand’s signature serene spaces.

Additional leisure and recreation facilities are expected to include the brand’s signature Spa by JW, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool. The hotel also plans to feature 3,480 square meters of versatile banqueting space, including an expansive outdoor lawn, perfect for both large-scale and intimate gatherings, as well as social and corporate events.
