New Delhi, April 4, 2025: Anirban Putatunda has been appointed as the Food and Beverage Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.
Before this role, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Alila Diwa Goa. His expertise extends to event services management at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad and leadership roles in banquets and outlets at Grand Hyatt Goa. He has also worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and held managerial positions at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company, Hyderabad.
Anirban’s career journey began with team leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Grand Hyatt Mumbai. He holds a degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage from the International Institute of Hotel Management.
In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Anirban was honored with the Restaurateurs Award 2024 at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru and was named Leader of the Quarter for the year 2023.
With his strong operational knowledge and leadership skills, Anirban is poised to enhance the food and beverage experience at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort.
