Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt a luxury lifestyle hotel known for its devotion to local culture and conscious luxury  proudly announces a special partnership with Motley Brew, a Goa-based artisanal coffee and tea brand. This collaboration brings thoughtfully curated, small-batch brews to every corner of the hotel, from in-room moments to culinary spaces like AnnaMaya, Soul Pantry and Juniper, creating a sensory journey deeply rooted in Indian terroir, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Andaz Delhi believes that a cup of coffee or tea should be more than just a beverage,  it should tell a story. A story of place, of memory, of intention. So when it came time to reimagine its coffee and tea experience, they sought a partner who shared its values and passion for authenticity. That’s when they discovered Motley Brew.

Their journey felt like a natural extension of AnnaMaya, rooted in shared values, countless cups of chai and coffee, and a quiet passion that began at SRCC in Delhi University. What started as a friendship between five dreamers slowly brewed into something remarkable. They didn’t create plantations; they built connections with farmers across Coorg, Chikmagalur, Darjeeling, Nilgiris, Kumaon, Periyar, and beyond. With sommeliers, foragers, and those who understand the quiet ritual of a good brew.

Everything Motley Brew creates is shade-grown, bird-and-bee-friendly, and arrives fresh; their teas are on the shelves within just 21 days of harvest. Their tisanes are infused with Himalayan herbs; their coffees are slow-roasted and hand-blended, layered with the flavours of where they come from and who they’re made for.

It’s this shared belief that every cup carries a deeper meaning that brings the two brands together.

Because behind every brew, a story unfolds.

“Every experience at Andaz Delhi is designed to reflect the spirit of India and the stories of our locale,” said Hardip Marwah, General Manager, Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt. “Our partnership with Motley Brew deepens this commitment by introducing curated Indian teas and coffees that not only elevate our culinary offerings but also celebrate the diverse landscapes and communities they come from. Whether it’s a morning pour-over in your room or a cold brew cocktail at AnnaMaya or Juniper, guests can now savour the flavours of India in every pour.”

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with a like-minded partner like Andaz Delhi, who understands that a cup of tea or coffee is not just a beverage, but a story, a ritual, and an experience,” said Praveen Regaraj, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Motley Brew. “Together, we’re inviting guests to slow down and engage with Indian coffees and teas in an immersive way through syphon brews, nitro coffees, and tisanes steeped with wild herbs from Ladakh to Periyar. It’s a perfect confluence of craft and culture.”

Guests can explore a dedicated Motley Brew menu across AnnaMaya, Soul Pantry and Juniper, and in-room experiences starting 24th August 2025 onwards.

The Motley Brew menu will feature signature creations that capture the spirit of experimentation and storytelling, with highlights including the Kom Pom Brew and the Blue Pea Sparkling Iced Tea which are refreshing imaginative sips that showcase the playful side of artisanal brewing.
