Aircraft Interiors Expo 2026 (AIX) will celebrate 25 years at the forefront of cutting-edge cabin innovation. Organised by RX and taking place from 14-16 April 2026 in Hamburg, Germany, this landmark edition promises to be the most ambitious yet, with 90% of exhibitor space already sold and the introduction of a brand-new BizJet Interiors Zone. Hundreds of the world’s most influential companies, including Collins Aerospace, Safran, Boeing, Recaro and Panasonic Avionics, and more than 14,000 visitors from across the globe, will come together for the quarter-centennial edition.

    Celebrating 25 years of transformation

From its debut in Cannes in 2000 to its home in the world’s major aviation hub today, AIX has grown from a single-hall showcase into the foremost and most comprehensive aviation interiors event. Bringing together airlines, leasing companies, MRO experts and suppliers, AIX sits at the heart of a unique ecosystem that includes the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) and the co-located World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE). Together, these events deliver an all-encompassing platform dedicated to enhancing every aspect of the passenger experience.

The 25th edition will deliver a future-focused show covering the full spectrum of aircraft interiors, with key areas including innovative cabin design and seating, inflight entertainment, connectivity, accessibility solutions, sustainable materials and premium passenger experiences.

BRAND NEW IN 2026: The BizJet Interiors Zone

AIX 2026 will launch the BizJet Interiors Zone, a brand-new area spotlighting the technologies, materials and craftsmanship shaping VVIP, business jet and eVTOL cabins. With business aviation activity 10% above pre-pandemic levels and driving rapid innovation in design and comfort, the new zone will bring together leading business jet innovators and suppliers, including Jet Aviation, Fokker Services B.V., Townsend Leather, High Tech Finishing and more – with full details to be revealed soon.

    Where cabin innovation comes alive

The Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) kicks off on 13 April, offering a full day of exclusive insight on digital-first experiences, human-centric design and sustainable travel solutions. Alongside the show floor, CabinSpace Live will run across all three show days, hosting panels, Q&As and case studies with industry visionaries, offering exclusive insight into the evolving landscape of cabin interiors. The full 2026 programmes are to be revealed at a later date.

Archana Dharni, Event Director of AIX, said: “AIX has always been more than an exhibition; it’s where the future of the cabin takes shape. Over the past 25 years, it’s grown alongside the industry it serves, reflecting the constant push for better comfort, efficiency and innovation. This milestone event will spotlight how far the industry has come, and where it’s headed next, showcasing pioneering solutions that are redefining the passenger experience of the future.”

The 25th edition of Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place at the Hamburg Messe in Hamburg, Germany, from 14–16 April 2026. The event will be co-located with the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE), following the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on Monday, 13 April.
