Hamburg, January 20, 2025: A host of new exhibitors will join this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), to debut innovative cabin interiors products and solutions, organisers have revealed. AIX is the world’s leading marketplace for airlines and the supply chain to meet OEMs, suppliers, and designers from across the globe to discover and shape the cabin concepts of the future.
Complementing ever-present industry leaders, such as Collins, Panasonic Aviation, and Airbus, over a dozen new suppliers, including CesiumAstro, FDH Aero, and Yokohama Aerospace America will showcase their innovations at the event for the first time.
This year’s event promises pioneering displays and product launches from well-established and emerging companies based around the world. Attendees will find cutting-edge advancements in sustainable cabin solutions, with exhibitors presenting the latest in eco-friendly materials and lightweight designs that are transforming the aviation industry’s commitment to sustainability.
AIX 2025 will also showcase the next generation of seating, where passenger comfort takes centre stage. Innovative seating designs that prioritise ergonomics, customisation and wellness will be on display from a variety of companies including Changzhou Gas Spring Co (CGS), a leading provider of pneumatic components and seat reclining control systems, which enhance passenger comfort.
AIX 2025 will also unveil the latest in IFEC technologies. Attendees can explore personalised audio experiences, high-definition displays, and innovative connectivity solutions that keep passengers entertained and engaged. CesiumAstro, another new exhibitor, will demonstrate its advanced satellite communication technology which will enhance an airline’s in-flight connectivity and entertainment options.
Enhanced passenger wellbeing remains a key focus, with airlines prioritising innovation through updated cabin lighting, air quality systems and design elements that promote relaxation and reduce stress. Yokohama Aerospace America (YAA) will unveil its new PRM (Passenger with Restricted Mobility) lavatory module for the Boeing 737, designed with inclusivity in mind. Featuring touchless technology, a smart mirror and foot-operated controls, this lavatory will offer a new standard for accessible air travel. YAA will also present its range of retrofit solutions for existing lavatories, including touchless upgrades and customisable design kits.
Beyond innovative products, AIX 2025 will also feature suppliers focused on optimising the industry’s supply chain. FDH Aero, a global supply chain solutions partner for aerospace and defence companies, will be present to display its latest in hardware, electrical and consumable products. With 60 years of experience and a commitment to simplifying the supply chain, FDH Aero supports the entire aircraft lifecycle from initial build to ongoing maintenance.
Other newcomers will include Better-Mold (DG) Industrial Co. Ltd, specialising in high-quality moulded components; Fraunhofer IPK, a research institution driving innovation in cabin design and manufacturing processes; Amerex Corp, a leader in fire suppression systems for aircraft safety; Senior Aerospace BWT, providing advanced composite solutions for lightweight cabin structures; Robert Hofmann GmbH, contributing expertise in textiles and upholstery for enhanced passenger comfort; Von Roll Schweiz AG, developing sustainable materials and solutions for a greener cabin environment; Weihai Haima Carpet Group, producers of stylish carpeting options for aircraft interiors; and F&S BV, experts in high-performance sealing solutions for optimal cabin pressure and comfort.

Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place in Halls B1-B7 at the Hamburg Messe, Germany, from 8-10 April 2025. The event will be co-located with the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Halls A1 and A4, following the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 7 April. An AIX badge allows attendees free access to WTCE across the 3 show days.
