    AER Whisks Patrons Away on a Gastronomic Voyage

    AER at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has delighted patrons over the years with its outstanding beverage and food programme. As the rooftop bar opens its doors after a year of extensive renovations, discerning drinkers can expect to discover a newly elevated approach to culinary artistry within.

    Reimagined as a quintessential yacht club, AER soars above the city as a cocoon of luxury that honours majestic maritime traditions with its delicacies and libations. As an ode to its nautical ethos,  the beverage menu unfolds as a sensory voyage through the changing patterns of the weather. 

    Clear Skies offers exalted refinement with every sip, with artistic blends that mirror the tranquility of endless sapphire skies. Cumulus, a curated collection of sour cocktails, offers the chance to revel in whimsical frothiness with cloud-kissed concoctions. Monsoon takes its cues from the city’s revered seasonality with tall, carbonated beverages that offer a soothing wash of rejuvenation on rain-soaked days. Thunderheads embodies a bolder spirit with alcohol-forward mixtures designed to recreate the adrenalin-charged skies outside. Celestial Sommelier’s Collection reaffirms AER’s legacy with a hand-picked assortment of wines, while Mariner’s Brew Voyage offers a selection of beers as diverse as the seven seas. The menu courses to a crescendo with the Mile High Library, a revered repository of spirits tucked away in the rooftop yacht club.

    The beverage offering is supplemented with a richly nuanced culinary experience, ranging from contemporary small plates to crowd-loved sharing plates. An assortment of flatbreads tantalises the tastebuds of the modern gourmand, while an innovative approach to desserts offers up the quintessential happy ending.

    Cementing AER’s status as one of the premier cocktail destinations in the city is renowned Alexandre Renoue who takes on the mantle of Beverage Manager with a mandate to lead its distinguished beverage programme across the hotel’s bars as well as at its new, exclusive club Modernist and dining outlets like San:Qi. The Corsica-born mixologist has refined his palate at world-renowned destinations, from Zuma in Dubai to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Manila, and as he arrives at Four Seasons Mumbai, he is poised to propel his artistry of mixology forward. “It is an honour to be here in Mumbai at Four Seasons as I’ve always believed that with passion and dedication, a person can reach for the sky. There is no better spot to do this than at the city’s most iconic rooftop bar, AER,” he says.
