This August, AER at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai invites guests to immerse themselves in that experience with Mist & Fog, the newest chapter in its celebrated Flavours of Monsoon series.

Perched atop the 34th floor, AER remains one of Mumbai’s most iconic rooftop destinations, offering a perspective that is both elevated and unforgettable. Framed by its signature Libart retractable roof system, the venue allows guests to take in sweeping views of the rain-washed city while enjoying the comfort and warmth that define the Four Seasons experience.

As day turns to evening, the rooftop comes alive with acoustic melodies, ambient lighting and ever-changing monsoon skies, creating an atmosphere designed for lingering conversations, meaningful connections and memorable moments above the city. Inspired by the many moods of the season, Mist & Fog presents a thoughtfully curated collection of five signature cocktails, each capturing a distinct expression of the monsoon.

    • The Rain is delicate and refreshing, combining Roku with lychee, coconut, mint, lime and rose water.
    • The Mist brings together Bombay Sapphire, raspberry, lemon, sweet vermouth and soda for a bright and effortless serve.
    • Oh! My Fog layers Código Blanco with cacao, hibiscus, sweet vermouth and chilli tincture, creating a cocktail that is bold yet refined.
    • Twilight offers a savoury exploration of flavour, blending Onegin with curry leaves, kokum, coconut, tomato and Tabasco.
    • Nebbia concludes the collection with a rich composition of Weller Bourbon, Bacardi Ocho, orange liqueur, dry vermouth, tamarind and green apple.

Complementing the cocktail experience is a selection of delicate monsoon-inspired fritters, thoughtfully paired to enhance and elevate each serve, inviting guests to savour the season through every detail.

“At Four Seasons, we believe the most memorable experiences are rooted in a sense of place,” says Nitesh Gandhi, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. “With Mist & Fog, we’ve created a collection that celebrates Mumbai’s monsoon through imaginative flavours, thoughtful craftsmanship and the unmatched setting of AER. It is an invitation to slow down, connect and experience the city from an entirely new perspective.”

Whether gathering with friends after work, planning an intimate date night or simply taking a moment to unwind, Mist & Fog offers a sophisticated celebration of Mumbai’s most enchanting season. Elevated above the city and delivered with the generous hospitality that defines Four Seasons, the experience captures the essence of monsoon in a way that feels both contemporary and timeless.
