Acclaimed Mixologist Alexandre Renoue Appointed Beverage Manager At Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai
8th June 2023: Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has had a long-standing reputation for an outstanding beverage programme heralded by its iconic rooftop bar, AER. With a reputation for being one of the Best Bars in the World, AER’s fabulous cocktails, great vibes and epic views have created a loyal following of cocktail connoisseurs across the world. There is much excitement afoot, as this multi-award-winning destination opens this month in an all-new avatar, after a year of extensive renovations. The Hotel now welcomes ace mixologist Alexander Renoue to the position of Beverage Manager with a mandate to lead its distinguished beverage programme across the Hotel’s bars as well as at its new, exclusive club Modernist and dining outlets like San: Qi and Prato.

Born and raised on the beautiful island of Corsica Alex brings his extensive experience from living and working across the world to his new position. From Zuma Dubai to Shangri-La in Colombo and Manila and the Back Room Alex has enjoyed discovering libations that delight discerning drinkers, and he arrives ready to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of cocktails at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.
When Alex is not at the bar curating concoctions, he enjoys listening to music and has an enviable collection of over 1000 vinyl records. He is a passionate surfer, wakeboarder and enjoys travelling around the globe exploring new places and experiencing culture through local food and beverage.
“It is an honour to be here in Mumbai at Four Seasons at this time and in this position,” says Alex, “I’ve always believed that with passion and dedication a person can reach for the sky, and this is what I’m hoping to do at the hotel and at AER.”
