Four Seasons Bengaluru has cataloged a week-long special feast from the 21st to the 29th of January to celebrate the Chinese New Year, honoring the authentic roots and essence of China. Reflecting on the true essence of a traditional Chinese feast Chef Sean Wong along with his team will feature a variety of authentic delicacies from the culinary heritage of China. Dishes such as Yee Sang Prosperity Toss Salad, Cantonese Style Roast Duck, and Tiger Prawns with Hainan Chili Sauce, to name a few will be served from a specially curated menu.

In the midst of bustling operations, on this 39th Chinese New Year, Chef Wong comments, “ Crafting Chinese New Year specialties is our way of celebrating even though we are away from home. It’s a pleasure to share these time-tested recipes with our guests on this auspicious occasion.”

Located on the 21st floor of the hotel, Far & East will also display festive decor in order to create the perfect backdrop for the guests to relish their delicious food and welcome prosperity and good luck into the new year.
