Sunil Kumar, who has over 20 years of expertise in the premium hotel sector, has joined JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata as General Manager. Enhancing productivity, maintaining client pleasure, and carrying out strategic initiatives are among his main duties at the hotel.
With his dynamic personality, passion for the industry, and wealth of knowledge, he has consistently delivered exceptional results. Sunil previously worked for The Westin Goa for more than two years as its general manager, where he built the company’s reputation in the fiercely competitive industry and saw to it that it flourished. Kumar, a driven hotelier, has been the driving force behind several extremely successful hotel openings. He combines outstanding business acumen, strategic vision, and the capacity to develop high-performing teams. Prior to this, Sunil was also affiliated with the Grand Hyatt, The Oberoi Group, Four Seasons, The Westin Mumbai, JW Marriott Juhu, and St. Regis Mumbai.
